Refund Policy

At SnapAPI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

• The request must be made within 14 days of your first payment
• This applies to first-time subscribers only
• You must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits (defined as 10x your plan's monthly limit)

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be issued for partial months
• Your API key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
• No further charges will be made

Service Issues

If you experience service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the API, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or account credit. Contact us at filosofo.twitch@gmail.com with details of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• After the 14-day guarantee period has expired
• For subscription renewals (only first-time purchases qualify)
• If your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• If you exceeded usage limits through automated abuse
• For partial months after cancellation

How to Request a Refund

• Your account email address
• Subscription order number or receipt
• Reason for the refund request

We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
