1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SnapAPI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapAPI provides an API for programmatic screenshot and PDF generation. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with defined usage limits based on your selected plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your API keys
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Rate Limits

Your usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:

• Starter: 100 requests/hour, 5,000/month
• Pro: 1,000 requests/hour, 100,000/month
• Business: 10,000 requests/hour, 1,000,000/month

Exceeding these limits may result in request throttling or service suspension.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Refund Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

SnapAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
